ARFF VEHICLE SERVICE TEST

Description:
The GTAA Training Division is pleased to offer our ARFF Vehicle Service Test course. This program will cover all aspects of the annual Service Test required by the Canadian Aviation Regulation standard 323. All testing is conducted I.A.W. Standard 412 of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Fire Service Instructors will include:

Requirements for testing
Service test components
Performance Criteria
Conduct Pre-test Pump delivery
Test methods and calculations
Pressurized agent purging and venting
Acceleration test
Brake operation test

Objectives:
Upon successful completion of the training each trainee will have the knowledge required to perform an annual service test on any ARFF Vehicles as required by C.A.R.S regulations.

Course Duration: 2 Days

Course Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Fee: Payment must be made when registering for courses. We reserve the right to cancel seven days prior to any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved.

Student must bring: A practical outdoor exercise will be performed as part of this course, please dress according to weather.
