COMMAND AND CONTROL

Pre-Requisites: NFPA 1001 or Operational firefighting position. Copies of Pre-Requisites must be uploaded/attached as part of the application process.

Description:
The GTAA Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute is pleased to offer our Command and Control course. This course will cover all aspects of Command and Control IAW Brunacini's “Fire Command” second Edition.

•Strategy and Incident Action Planning
•Building and Organization
•Review, Evaluate and Revision
•Continuing, Transferring and Terminating Command
•Incident command safety practices
•Practical exercises

Objectives:
The course is designed for firefighting personnel with limited knowledge or those who wish to enhance their knowledge of Command and Control. It will help the individual who may be placed in a command role giving him or her tools to command an incident.

Course Duration: 2 Days

Course Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

FEE: Payment must be made when registering for courses. We reserve the right to cancel seven days prior to any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved.
